Eligibility criteria:
"Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of Laboratory Instruments/ Analyzers for Chemical or Process Industries/ Power sectors within last 5 (Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publishing of IFT in the e-GP). The satisfactory completion of supply of Online Analyzers (Limited to Silica, Sodium, Phosphate, Chloride, Dissolve Oxygen, pH/EC/ORP and Turbidity; Other types won’t be a subject to evaluation) and Laboratory Testing Equipment in any Chemical or Process Industries/ Power sectors amounting not less than BDT 25,00,000.00 (Twenty-Five lakh Taka) within the last 36 (Thirty-Six) months.
As for Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA) the Public Procurement Act, PPA-2006, Clause 27 and Public Procurement Rule, PPR-2008, Clause 54 shall be applied. Which implies that experience shall be individual and cannot be calculated or summed up to meet the criteria. All necessary documents associated to JVCA shall be submitted."
