Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Maintenance/Repair/Supply works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Maintenance/Repair/Supply works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity, and technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 4,28,00,000.00 BDT
3. The required average annual turnover i.e. total certified work done certificate from public institutes received for contracts in the progress of completion from a respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk-6,55,00,000 BDT over the last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 1,71,00,000 BDT
5. The invitation to Tender is open for any manufacturer/authorized dealer/authorized Maintenance/Repair/Supply Work in any govt./semi. govt/ Privat/Autonomous body.
6. Submit all test reports from the authorized institute. (No private certificate is allowed).
7. The sample must be submitted in the bidder's address 2 days before the tender submission deadline and upload the receipt copy in the tender documents otherwise tenderer will be disqualified.
8. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Update Valid Trade License.
ii) Update BIN.
iii) Update TIN Number.
iv) National ID.
v) Business Address.
9. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents
