Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 250000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. General experience of the Contractor shall be atleast 5 (Five) years of Construction Works.
b. Specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Sub-Contractor/Management Contractor of at least 1(one) number of successful completion of Building Construction including internal sanitary & internal electrification works completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least BDT 60.00 Lac in a single contract.
c. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years of BDT 1.00 (Two) Crore. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Any documents, other than payment certificates are not acceptable.
d. The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit facilities (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form as specified in section 7) of atlaest BDT 60.00 Lac. Any other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The required Tender Capacity is atleast BDT 70.00 Lac. List of on-going works, along with proper supporting documents must be submitted with the tender. Any claim about tender capacity without proper supporting document will not be acceptable.
f. The Tenderers must submit VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, ABC contractor & Electric Supervisory license with the Tender.
g. Enclosed all documents is the part & parcel of the Tender.
h. Tenderers debarred by World Bank/AIIB are not eligible.
All the forms enclosed with the tender shall be properly filled up & submitted.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be properly fulfilled.
