Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (05) years which shall be supported by Certificate of incorporation/Trade license.
The tenderer himself and/or member(s) of JVCA shall have specific experience of One year successful operation of at least 01 (one) No. of Contract of Similar Nature having minimum BDT 3,50,00,000.00 (Three crore fifty lakh only) under a single contract as a main or prime contractor within last 5 (five) years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Similar nature means 12000 Hr Schedule maintenance of Wartsila Engine having capacity of 8 MW or higher. As documentary evidence against specific experience, Tenderer shall have to submit an End user certificate stating that the said Plant has been in 01 (one) year continuous commercial operation after the repair or maintenance works. Note: The Major Schedule work experience (12K) with One-year successful operation is critically required as indicated the service performance for One year
The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore Only) amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission. (In case of credit facility, Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name.)
The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and e-VAT/ VAT Registration Certificate.
