Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderers shall have valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration, Updated Income Tax and VAT Certificates, Bank Solvency Certificate.
b) Tenderers shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the suppy of Goods and related services.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods such as Culture Media, Chemical, Reagents, Test kits in a maximum 2 (two) contracts successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies within last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 25 (Twenty Five) lakhs.
d) Manufacturers'/ Authorized Agents'/ Authorized Dealers' Authorization Letters are required for at least 80% items.
