* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have:
General experience of Three (03) years. Valid trade license (FY 2023-24). Valid tax clearance certificate (Tax year-2022-23). Valid VAT & TIN certificate. Up to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 36.00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./ autonomous/private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for Single Lift.
Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by Asstt. Engineer (EED) of concerned district.
The minimum amount of Liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderes shall be Tk. 41.00 Lac for single Lift as per STD format of this tender. [If Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mention in the designated package]
Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand of lift
Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed brand of lift
Submitted valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender
If the proposed Lift brand by the bidder which is other than the brand mentioned in the tender documents, if it is not acceptable by TEC Committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
If Rate quote found Excessive Less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
