2. The minimum amount of liquid asset supported by bank solvency certificate or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk.90,000/-(Ninety Thousand) .
3. Tenderer must have the 13 digit VAT registration number, valid trade license and latest tax return acknowledgement/certificate.
4. Delivery/Supply of goods must be completed within 30 days from contract signing.
