Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 900000 ~ 2700000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must have a Valid trade license, Vat registration certificate with BIN certificate and TIN certificate with Tax update.
2. Tenderer must have a general experience in the supply of goods as a supplier at least for 5 (Five) years.
3. Bidder must be supplied Semilar goods in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organization or Institutes of at least 2 Contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk 6,00,000/- (Six Lakh). (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
4. Tenderer must have updated Bank solvency (After Tender published Date)
5. Document in favour of availability of minimum liquid assets i.e- Working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled bank or other contractual commitments of Tk 9,00,000/- (Nine Lakh) Only.
6. At least 1 (One) sample of each item must be submitted to PE office before submission of the tender and received copy must be uploded at e-GP system.
7. A pledge to this effect is not blacklisted in any government/Non-government/Autonomous organization.
