Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have:
1. General experience of atleast three(03) years.
2. Valid trade license (FY 2023-24)
3. Valid tax clearance certificate (Tax Year 2022-23)
4. Valid Vat & TIN certificate
5. Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh
6. Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of generator of minimum value 14.00 LAC Taka in a single agreement in any govt./semi govt./ autonomous/private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT)
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be tk 15.00 LAC for single generator as per STD (e-PG2) format of this tender
8. Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed generator.
9. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by the assistant engineer, EED of concerned district.
10. Valid agencyship certificate for the proposed generator.
11. Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC Of this tender.
12. If the proposed generator brand by the bidder which is other than the brand mentioned in the tender documents, if it is not acceptable by TEC committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC committee will be considered final.
13. If rate quote found excessive less or above than the estimated price, in this regard the decision of the TEC committee will be considered final.Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018. If his previous work is not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time then the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
