Brief Description of Package: Construction of One (01) Storied RCC Fish Quarantine Laboratory (FQL) Building including allied facility (Generator Room) building at Sadar Cox’s Bazar of Bangladesh. and also internal electrification work as specified in the tender.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.
Eligibility criteria:
15.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
15.1(b)The minimum specific experience (RCC Building Works) as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least One (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Two (02) Crore.
16.1(a)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Six (06) Crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e Line of Credit of the Tenderer shall be Tk One (01) crore Fifty (50) lac issued from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format as specified in the Form PW3-7 (Format Attached in Section-8)
Note: ITT clause13.3 To qualify for multiple number of contracts/lots in a package made up of this and other individual contracts/lots for which tenders are invited in the Invitation for Tenders, Tenderer shall demonstrate having resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts.
