Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (05) years.Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
2. Maximum Two (2) no of Contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology with a minimum value Tk 3,00,00,000.00 (Taka Three Crore) (Total value of all the contracts) wherein at least the works specified below have been successfully completed within the last 05 years as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor:
i) Civil Renovation Work of at least Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lac
ii) Electrical Work of at least Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lac
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Seven (07) Crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e Line of Credit of the Tenderer shall be Tk Two (02) crore
(Note for 16.1(a) and 16.1(b):ITT 13.3 :To qualify for multiple number of contracts/lots in a package made up of this and other individual contracts/lots for which tenders are invited in the Invitation for Tenders, Tenderer shall demonstrate having resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts.)
