Eligibility criteria:
Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, NID card (Upto date, Clear & Clean Scan Copy. Other wise Non-Responsive).
According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractors who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderers for this tender notice.
After finalization of these contracts agreement with the successful tenderers, no sub-contractor will be associated with prime contractor during the implementation of these contracts/works. Otherwise it will dealt with as per contracts clause.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006,PPR-2008 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Insurance must submitted form Sadharon Bima Corporation or instructed by PE after getting works.
Must have to submit Upto date A B C Contractors & Supervisory license issued by the electrical licensing board of Bangladesh .
Satisfying the other criteria laid in TDS, G.C.C, PCC, ITT and PPA-2006, PPR-2008. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this tender process without assigning any cause.
