Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Tenderer must have up to date trade license, up to date Income tax Clearance certificate (2023-2024), Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.
2. Similar/Relevant/Specific supply experience Certificate/Document in Govt. Organization (Contract Completion Certificate will get Preference as Experience Certificate).
3. General supply experience Certificate/Document in Govt. Organization.
4. Original Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate. (Third party authorization letter will not be acceptable).
5. Warranty Certificate & After Sales Service Certificate for 01 year in official Pad.
6. All necessary Products/Kits to Test the product practically will have to be supplied by the Tenderer as per Price & Delivery Schedule Requirements.
7. A detail list with Contact Number of various Govt. Organizations where similar Goods have been supplied by the Tenderer so far.
8. Distribution certificate copy of tenderer issued by manufacturer to sell their product in Bangladesh Market.
9. Acid Selling License.
10. Acid import License.
11. Acid Transportation License.
