* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4933333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 14800000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Maintenance/Repair/Supply works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with tender.
3. The invitation of Tender is open for any manufacture/authorization dealer/authorized Maintenance/Repair/Supply Work in any govt./semi. govt/ Privat/ Atonomous body.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Maintenance/Repair/Supply works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity, and technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 49,50,000.00 BDT
5. The required average annual turnover i.e. total certified work done certificate from public institutes received for contracts in the progress of completed from a respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk-85,25,000.00 BDT over the last 5 years.
6. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 16,50,000.00 BDT
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) UpdateTrade License.
ii) VAT Registration.
iii) Update TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
*** Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
*** One samples must be submitted same day before closing of the tender & one received copy will be uploaded in e-GP system.
*** BUET/Recognized Institute Test Report of Offered Sample (Not More Than 3 Months old i.e Month Counting back from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)
