Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 02(Two) contracts in last 03(Three) years each with a value BDT 15,00,000/- (BDT Fifteen lac Only) in government/Semi government/Autonomus organizatins. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 15,00,000/- (BDT Fifteen Lac Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents:
a. Updated trade license
b. Vat registration certificate
c. Update Income Tax Certificate
d. Product Warrenty and Originality certificate from Manufacture/Distributor.
e. The Tenderer shall submit the updated membership certificate of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS).
f. All relevant brochures and catalogs where applicable.
