Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be 5(five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.]
(b) The minimum specific experience in similar nature Medical gas & vacuum pipe line system(MGVPS) Works of BDT 20,00,000.00(Tk. Twenty Lac) in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 45, 00,000.00 (Tk Forty Five Lac) over the last 5(Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years construction turnover in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh must be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk 10,00,000.00(Tk Ten Lac) is required. In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 27,00,000.00 (Tk Twenty Seven Lac)
(f) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board must be submitted.
(g) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
h) The firms which are already debarred by the World Bank are not eligible to participate in this tender.
(i) All other Conditions as mentioned in TDS, PCC, and Section 8 of STD of tender documents must be full filled.
