Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1400000 ~ 4200000.

Eligibility criteria:
(1). Tenderer must have up to  date trade license, up to date Income tax Clearance certificate (2023-2024), Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.
(2). The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than Tk. (12.00 Lakh) only  by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh should be fully unconditional. Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. 
(3). The specific experience certificate must be submitted as supplier in supply of toner/ Computer materials of minimum Tk. 11.00 lakh only under one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years. 
(4). Must be submitted Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Authorizer/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier) for HP Toner.
