Eligibility criteria:
1. Bidder must have Valid Trade License, Vat registration certificate with Bin and Tax Clearance certificate.
2. Bidder must have general experience in the supply of goods as a supplier for at least for 5 years.
3. Bidder must have specific experience certificate (Work completion certificate With Customs Clearance) of supply Bee Box & Apiculture Accessories in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organization or Institutes of at least 1 Contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk 2,30,00,000/- (Two Cror Thirty Lack) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
4. Bidder must have IRC with minimum 3 crore import slab.
8. Bidder must have availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of Tk. 2,50,000,00.00 (Two Crore fifty lack).
9. Updated Bank Solvency (After Tender Published Date)
10. Bidder must have ISO (9001:2015) Certificate issued before the tender publication date for the scope of Agricultural Machinery
11. Bidder must not be blacklisted in any government, non-government and autonomous organization
13. Bidder must have Manufacturer Exclucive Distributership in Bangladesh
14. Bidder Must have Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
