Eligibility criteria:

(2). The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than Tk. (3.00 Lakh) only  by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh should be fully unconditional. Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. 
(3). The minimum Similar experience certificate of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 2,80,000.00 (Two Lakh and Eighty Thousand) only.
