Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 14166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 42500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 14166666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature works( Building Construction Works) completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 1.0 (One) crore under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 7.00 (Seven Point Zero Zero) crores in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 50.0 (Fifty) lakhs and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 form.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW2a-3 shall not be accepted.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1.0 (One) crore .In order to calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement,up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License,Income Tax Clearance Certificate, ABC and supervisory license certificates, VAT Registration Certificate, Audit Report of the Firm,Work Programme in Bar Chart etc.
