Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must have up to date trade license, Up to date Income tax Clearance certificate (2023-2024), Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.
2.  Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (10.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
3. Specific experience: The minimum specific experience certificate as Supplier in supply of chemicals of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last [5] years, with a value of at least Tk. [10.00 Lakh] Only. 
4. Original Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate. (Third party authorization letter will not be acceptable).
5. Acid Selling License.
6. Acid import License.
7. Acid Transportation License.
8. Import Registration Certificate (IRC) (2023-24)
