Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderers shall be Three (03) years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least One (1) Contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Taka Four Lakh Fifty Thousand (BDT 4,50,000/-)
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka Two Lakh (BDT 2,00,000/-).
(d) The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, should have VAT Registration Certificate, updated BIN number, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and shouldn't have a conflict of interest to rules of EGCB Procurement Policy-2015.
