* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2233333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to-date ABC & Supervisory Licence.
c. (i) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 25.00(Twenty five) lac under [one] of contract(s) over a period of [5] years shall be required.
ii) The required average annual Electrical works, Electrical machinery, apparatus and equipmen turnover shall be greater than Tk 33.00(Thirty three) Lacs over the last [5] years.
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 27.00(Twenty seven ) Lacs.
(iv) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be : 20.00(Twenty) Lacs.
d. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU),Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
e. Only payment certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg. Annual Electrical works Turnover
