Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature works completed within last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk 4.50 (Four point five zero) lakh under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 03 (Three) financial years of Tk 5.0 (Five) lakh in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 5.0 (Five) lakh and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in CPTU Prescribed PW2a-3 form.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date.
e) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate , VAT Registration Certificate, Up to date Audit Report of the Firm, Work Programme in Bar Chart etc.
