Ministry of Finance approved the new LGED Schedule of Rates on last 4th July 2022. To cater for the regional differences, Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) has divided the country into four zones. The rates vary slightly for each zone. The zones are: Zone A - Dhaka & Mymensingh divisions, Zone B - Chattogram and Sylhet divisions, Zone C - Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions, Zone D - Khulna and Barishal divisions. According to conditions of Finance Division, LGED schedule of rates exclude the items which are in common with PWD Schedule of Rates 2022.
