Brief Description of Package: Supply & installation of new 11 KV Feeder at Extension Zone of Dhaka EPZ.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 50000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion experience of 11KV HT line installation or similar work of at least Tk 10.00 Lakhs under a single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.
(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 36.50 Lakhs. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. The period will be best 3 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years.
(c) The required minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 18.00 Lakhs. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)" which is attached in Tender Data Sheet [ITT Clause 10(b)]. Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as Technically Non-Responsive.
(d) The required minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 15.00 Lakhs
(e) Black listed/ debarred tenderers from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(f) Up-to-date Trade license, TIN Certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and electrical ABC Contractory & supervisory license from Govt. of Bangladesh have to be submitted.
(g) Other required conditions and documents of this tender shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
