Brief Description of Works: The works include interior decoration, supply, wood works including fitting and fixing, interior works, electrical works and other associated works as per design, drawing and specification.

Eligibility criteria:
1. General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Interior construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 7 (Seven) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Interior decoration works of at least two (2) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lac.
3. Average Annual Construction Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 60.00 (sixty) lac over the last three (3) years.
4. Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 (sixty) lac.
5. The Key Personnel required: At least 1 (One) Graduate Engineer of 3 years experience or one Diploma Engineer of 5 years experience.
