Brief Description of Package: Construction of Building for Medical Waste Management Systems Faridpur Medical College Hospital in the District Faridpur including civil sanitary and electrification works.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of 01(one) Building Construction Work completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 65, 00,000.00 (Tk Sixty Five lakh).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 100,00,000.00 (Tk One Crore) over the best 3 years in the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50,00,000.00 (Tk Fifty Lakh). Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 75,00,000.00 (Tk Seventy Five Lakh)
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate and Valid VAT documents, up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board along with the tender.
(g) The firms which are in the debar list of World Bank are not eligible to participate in this tender.
(h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are given in TDS, PCC & Section 8 of STD.
