Brief Description of Package: Supply and Installation of Air-cooler for conference room & main server room at Zone Services Complex of Dhaka EPZ.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 600000 ~ 1800000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/electrical supply works shall be 05 years.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion of similar nature of works experience in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 5.00 Lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 4.00 Lakh. credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG2-5)" which is attached in Tender Data Sheet (ITT Clause 9.1). Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as Technically Non-Responsive.
d) Manufacturaer's/distributer's/supplier's authorization letter etc.
e) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
f) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate etc. to be submitted.
g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)/Price & delivery schedule for goods of bidding documents must be fulfilled.
h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
