Ministry of Finance approved the new RHD Schedule of Rates on last 10th October 2022. To cater for the regional differences, the Roads and Highways Department (RHD) has divided the country into five zones. The rates vary slightly for each regions. The zones are: region A - Dhaka, Cumilla & Mymensingh zones, region B - Chattogram zone, region C - Sylhet zone, region D - Rajshahi and Rangpur zones, region E - Khulna, Gopalganj and Barishal zones. According to conditions of Finance Division, RHD schedule of rates exclude the items which are in common with PWD Schedule of Rates 2022, LGED Schedule of Rates 2022.
